The Air Force Falcons defeated the Wyoming Cowboys 34-27 in a thrilling game that saw a mix of strong offensive plays and resilient defenses. Wyoming took an early lead with Andrew Peasley's one-yard touchdown run, followed by Peasley's connection with Wyatt Wieland, making it 14-0. Air Force responded quickly with a touchdown run by Owen Burk and reclaimed the balance in the second quarter with a touchdown pass from Zac Larrier to John Lee Eldridge III.
As the second half unfolded, Air Force continued to dominate the ground game, highlighted by Larrier and Eldridge's impressive rushing performances. Wyoming kept pace thanks to Peasley's accurate passes, including touchdowns to Ayir Asante and Treyton Welch.
